As a church and individuals, we take accountability very seriously and is something we do willingly. In short, we want to be transparent in all areas of church governance.
Stour Valley Vineyard Church is a registered charity and company and complies strictly with the terms and conditions set out by the Charity Commission. The use of name Vineyard is licensed to the founding pastors on their commissioning to plant the church.
Our church has a team of five trustees who serve in three ways:
1. Steering the church in all finance and legal matters.
2. Acting as a ‘check and balance’ for decisions that require governance.
3. Ensuring our plans are affordable and legal.
