When we talk to God our hearts begin to find wholeness & rest. To help us nurture our relationship with Him and to form healthy prayer habits, at SVV we have created a number of opportunities to help you grow in your prayer life.

HOME Groups

Many at Stour Valley Vineyard find care through close relationships in the HOME Group they attend. Group leaders will gladly arrange for you to receive prayer if you wish.

24-7 Prayer

You might have heard of a worldwide movement called 24-7 Prayer. It was started by Pete Greig, author of Red Moon Rising. As a church we have felt ‘inspired’ to join in with this amazing movement. We have heard extraordinary stories of lives and situations being miraculously changed as a result of this kind of interactive prayer. Find out about our next 24-7 prayer week here.

Prayer Ministry Training

Our sessions provide teaching and practice that will help you feel confident in praying for those around you.

Intercessory Prayer

Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for 1 hour of intercessory prayer. We gather from 9:30am in The Prayer Room at the Christopher Centre, Sudbury.

Just turn up, no need to book.

Prayer Room

The prayer room is located in our midweek venue at The Christopher Centre, Gainsborough Street, Sudbury. If you are looking for a space for quiet prayer and reflection with God you can book yourself time in the prayer room. Simply email or call the office and we will book you a slot. The prayer room is open 9.00am-5.30pm.
