Who is it for?
As followers of Jesus life was never intended to be a struggle to survive, but a rich and full life where we flourish and thrive. If you are a leader and want to thrive in life and ministry then this day is for you.
What will we do?
Thrive will look at who we are and how we lead. It will give us tools to know ourselves better, know Jesus better and lead from a place of love and rest. And as we grasp these truths, to become leaders that instinctively and naturally multiply ministry and see the kingdom grow in the places that we lead.
Who will run the day?
We are delighted to welcome Tom and Beth Camacho. They are USA coaching coordinators for church planting in the USA. They have invested much into VCUKI already. They have run “leading through coaching” courses with over 60 VCUKI leaders and pastors and have facilitated the training and releasing of 22 VCUKI coaches.
Childcare – up to age 11
Childcare will be provided in the morning and afternoon sessions.

Refreshments and lunch
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, but for lunch you can bring your own or use the local store.
